Terms of Service

1. Parties & acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Browser Robot software and this website. By downloading, installing, activating, or using the software ("the Software"), you agree to these Terms with ODORE UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Beethovenstr. 16c, 14513 Teltow, Germany ("we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. License grant & plans

Subject to your purchase of a valid license and continued compliance with these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on the number of devices permitted by your license tier (one device for a single-device license). The Software is licensed, not sold. You may not rent, lease, sublicense, resell, or distribute the Software.

We offer the following plans:

• 5-Day Pass — a one-time payment of $5 granting 5 days of access from the moment of activation. Access expires automatically at the end of the 5-day period.
• Monthly Subscription — a recurring payment of $30 per month granting unlimited use for 30 days. The subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current paid period.

AI is included in every plan. No additional setup is required.

3. No free trial

We do not offer a free trial. The 5-Day Pass ($5) is the lowest-cost way to evaluate the Software. Refunds are governed by Section 6 below and your statutory rights.

4. Restrictions

• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
• You may not remove or alter copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
• You may not use the Software to violate any law or the terms of service of any third-party website.
• You may not use the Software to infringe the rights of others, including intellectual property and privacy rights.

5. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your use of the Software and for any actions performed through it, including activity on third-party websites. You are responsible for safeguarding your license key and account credentials. You must use the Software in compliance with all applicable laws and the terms of any websites you automate.

6. Payments, subscriptions & refunds

Payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). Prices are shown at checkout and include applicable VAT where required.

5-Day Pass: A one-time charge of $5. Access is granted for 5 days from activation and does not auto-renew.

Monthly Subscription: A recurring charge of $30 per month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time via the billing portal link on our pricing page or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future charges; you retain access until the end of the current paid period. No partial refund is given for the unused portion of a billing period.

Except where mandated by law (for example the statutory right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU within 14 days for digital goods where you have not begun performance), all sales are final. By completing a purchase you acknowledge that, where applicable, you waive your right of withdrawal for the immediate provision of digital content.

7. Disclaimer of warranty

The Software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will be compatible with every website or third-party service.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ODORE UG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Software. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the license in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your license and access if you breach these Terms, including by sharing license keys or using the Software unlawfully. Upon termination you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies. Sections that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Software after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. For consumers, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected. The place of jurisdiction for disputes with merchants is Potsdam, Germany.
